I've had my shoot. When will I receive my photographs?
Every shoot is unique, so time frames vary. In general, your secure online Gallery will be uploaded ready for you to view within 48 hours. They will include minor retouching using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
If you've paid for additional photographic retouching, this is usually available to you with one week. I'll be in contact to keep you updated so you can enjoy reviewing your beautiful photos as soon as possible!
Minor and Major Retouching - What's the difference?
Minor adjustments are made to improve the image, if required.
A major retouch includes colour correction, image cropping, image enhancement, advanced Photoshop to remove skin blemishes and other asthetics, as required and approved by you.
Major touching up starts with your requesting a quotation, agreement and payment prior to my starting the work for you.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes.
If life happens and you need to reschedule, you can do so once without losing your booking payment. Just pick another date within 30 days of your original session. If you can’t make it after that, feel free to transfer the booking to a friend or family member.
I've changed my mind - Can I cancel my booking?
Once bookings have been paid for, they cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.
You may transfer your session to a friend or family member to use in your place.

Do I own the copyright to my photographs?
Australian copyright rules are quite simple but often misinterpreted.
Unless agreement terms state differently, if you commission a photographer to take photographs of you or your family for private or domestic use – YOU retain the copyright.
When you commission me to take your photograph for private use, you retain the right to copy, distribute, display, share or print the images however you like.
I however retain the right to use any images taken by me as examples of my work for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website and social media use.
I DO NOT sell or make available your images to any other person/third party for any use/reason without your express permission.
Copyright for photographs commissioned for commercial use remains with the photographer.
The person/business commissioning the photographs has the rights to use/copy/keep/store the images for the reason they were commissioned.

Yes, contact me and I’ll get in touch to schedule a call where we can go through your requirements and how we’ll make it happen.
Do you have a Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check?
Yes, I can provide the Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check.
I require that a parent, guardian or authorised adult to be in attendance (for the whole shoot) when minors, or a person deemed as being vulnerable are involved.
